Default Anyone seen these passenger armrests?

I saw these armrest on a bike for sale on EBay. Has anyone ever made these or know where to get details on the required parts? The adjustable arms appear to be Ram Ball mounts but not sure about the armrest themselves.

Can't really see them. The pics are too small and I can't open them larger.

Might be from a Goldwing.

They are not Goldwing armrests. I zoomed in on the photo the armrests are attached to ram mounts. Looks like home made arm rests.
I own a 2012 GL1800 and they are not GL1800 armrests.
Take care.
