Default windsheild adjustment

My 03 ST1300 does not have electric sheild adjustment. I'm not sure which models have the electric adjustment. A friend of mine ordered a bracket form MADSTAD.com to use on his V-storm. He said it works GREAT. He said he now has no wind buffeting!! Its not electic but is very easy to adjust the sheild up or down and foward or dackwards. I would love to have one of their brackets. However, they do not make one for the ST. But if they had enough orders, I'm sure they would start making one for our STs. Please check our their web site at Madstad.com and let me know if you are interested in one,

As far as I know only the '03 without ABS did not have the electric windshield. Some of those were retrofitted with the electric windshield by their owners. There probably is not much demand for the aftermarket manual for those reasons.

Why not doing it right once and for all . . . You will not regret it .

Here is the link to modify to electric windshield.

Someone on one of the sites was making brackets that tilted the shield.
He sent them to me and I don't even no where they are.
I don't remember which way they tilted it, fore, or aft but they did the trick for some users.

My used bike came with a Rifle aftermarket windshield. It had brackets that altered the angle of the windshield.

You might check their website to see if they sell those separately.

Another alternative is to contact Roy Fletcher to see if he'd be willing to make you some.

His number is 206-409-6048.
