That's good news. It appears that Schubert North America is an actual subsidiary of Schubert GmbH, so not an otherwise independent "mom-n-pop" foreign distributorship. Shows a degree of commitment to the brand (Held). Of course, the Yanks will still get hosed on price, as Held is a "premium" brand in the USA...
